Integrated Video Production. We offer a different way of looking at video.
Blueforest Studios is a video production firm based in Raleigh, NC, that works with agencies, brands and nonprofits to create memorable videos that move people to action.
Of course, a beautiful video on its own is incomplete. So we’re not just creative storytellers – we’re online video marketers who take an integrated approach to your online presence.
You have goals and your video needs to help you reach them. By using our proven BlueVision process, we ensure that we meet your goals. What would it mean if your prospects found you online? Whether you’re looking for new clients, buyers or donors, we can help them find you using our BlueBoost process. We create your video so that it easily stands alone, but is then strengthened as it works with your other placements across the web. Our Integrated Video Production technique optimizes your online video presence like nothing else can.
We're great listeners. Reach out and tell us what you need, and we’ll tell you how we can help. Whether you’re a Fortune 500 company, a small business, a nonprofit, or an agency, we’ll work with you to craft an engaging story with a big impact.
Through our video SEO service, called blueboost, we'll guide your video to success with views, audience engagement, and clickthroughs - and we’ll give you tips and suggestions to keep it heading in the right direction. You’ll receive a report providing crucial details showing ways you can further boost your success. Check out our sample report.
And if you want to see results, we have those too:
One of our clients had a video online that wasn’t getting viewed. When we updated it with a more exciting message and used blueboost to optimize it, we increased its views by more than 5700%, which led to many more sales. See the video and get the case study!
We get a kick out of smiling clients. You probably do, too.
Whenever you connect with people’s emotions, they’re more likely to remember your message. Research backs this of course, and we know it firsthand from our own storytelling experience. But when it comes to making your audience feel something, you may not know where to start. We do.
How do nonprofits communicate their value to those who don’t know anything about them? If you’re not a name-brand nonprofit – or even if you are – we can powerfully communicate your story and show the value that you provide via video. The work nonprofits do can be really amazing. But when you’re in it every day, you may not appreciate the impact that you’ve had, and you may have trouble communicating that impact to others. See how we helped Telamon bring their work to life.
We’re always pushing boundaries to create something better, stronger, and more effective to further drive your results. When you’re happy, we’re happy.
So we’ll create hand-drawn animation, compose pitch-perfect music, capture aerial footage from a helicopter, or shoot spots with state-of-the-art 4K RED Cameras. The goal - for both our team and yours - is to form a strong connection between your audience and your organization.
Here’s an example of how we carefully craft our videos to suit your needs. Our client needed a video explaining their educational application for students and teachers. What better way of showing off a tech product than some slick animation?
We’re awfully curious. And it serves our clients well.
Here at Blueforest Studios, we start by asking the right questions. We know you have just mere moments to capture your viewers’ attention. Many videos spend too much time talking about how a product works, what its features are, or when the company was founded. But the viewer only wants to know one thing:
Why are you different?
To answer this, we have to ask deep questions and look for more-than-superficial answers. Our expert team is fully equipped and trained to meet a wide range of project requirements. Everything from creative, project management and execution to editing, graphics/animation and video SEO. Our curiosity forms the foundation for your success.

Meet the Team
Russ, also known as captain Rexford Russ Reynolds, started his career in the music industry booking and managing bands. He and his brother founded Osceola Recording Studios in Raleigh, which hosted a number of regional and national acts including Blues Traveler and Debra Gibson.
The music industry is very exciting but volatile and meanwhile in the business world poor quality audio persisted. Russ saw an opportunity to bring top quality audio to products ranging from on-hold messages to radio commercials. Soon Blueforest Studios was born.
Being the man behind the business, the team at Blueforest Studios loves to show their appreciation for Russ by pranking him on his birthday. Russ says he will not be showing up for work on his birthday this year… we’ll see.
When Russ is allowed out of the office he enjoys shredding on the guitar and offshore fishing.
Ammon EhrismanCreative Director
Ammon, also known as Ammon Robespierre Worthingon Maximillion Moneybags Ehrisman the Third, is a professional video producer. He has over 15 years of experience creating HD videos and graphics for businesses throughout the country.
Since joining Blueforest Studios, Ammon has produced many award-winning videos for clients ranging from the American Heart Association to Alex Patterson. Ammon loves a challenge and the beach so his latest challenge is how to convince every client they need a beach video.
In his spare time, you can find Ammon hanging out with his family and his band. He also puts in about 10 hours per week volunteering at his church. And since he is the 5th sibling in a family with 10 kids, he is an incurable attention hog. Maybe that’s why he is so driven to make great videos!
Bryan ReklisVideo Producer
Staff Sergeant Bryan Reklis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 where he studied media production. Bryan is the youngest of 5 siblings, who also attended UNC. Although Bryan attended UNC, he is a die-hard Duke basketball fan. While most people are confused by this, Bryan finds himself unable to break the passion for Duke basketball that began when he was 4 years old. Bryan’s interest in media production began in high school, but in college, production became a passion. After graduation, Bryan started an internship with Blueforest Studios before joining the team full-time. In his free time, Bryan enjoys making music with his band, Supreme Fiction, performing stand up comedy, writing for The Moth Chase, a pop culture blog, and using Oxford commas.
