MEET OUR RALEIGH FILM PRODUCTION TEAM
Ammon Ehrisman | Owner
Ammon was born in Fayetteville, NC but has since lived in the Raleigh, NC area along with his 9 siblings. He is still very much active in the church he grew up attending with his family. While he was employed in various jobs throughout his youth, ranging in many different industries, Ammon’s success in entrepreneurship started in middle school selling candies throughout the hallways. Sadly, his efforts were thwarted by the administration. Needless to say he has not stopped there.
His interest in filmmaking began early in high school and then on to college where he established his first video production company at the age of 24. Ammon has scripted, directed, and produced well over 600 corporate videos since then. He has been married for over 22 years to his wife, Jaime, and has two children aged 19 and 13.
Favorite Holiday: April Fools Day (which is also his birthday!)

Philip Henry | Creative Director
From Nashville, TN, Philip is a former high school English teacher whose passion for storytelling led him on an incredible journey. After years of inspiring students, he and his wife made the bold decision to leave the classroom and embark on a new adventure in the breathtaking North Carolina mountains, where they owned and operated a charming movie theater.
However, the allure of creativity and collaboration called him back to Chapel Hill, where he joined Blueforest Studios. With a wealth of experience in video production, Philip brings a unique perspective to every project. His background in education fuels his passion for uncovering the essential messages within each video, ensuring that every story resonates deeply with its audience. Whether brainstorming concepts or fine-tuning edits, Philip thrives on the creative process, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Hunter Davis | Producer & Editor
Hunter is a Raleigh native whose love for video started in 4th grade, when he and his sister would whip up skits with their dad's camera. Filming became a more serious venture in high school, where he was churning out full-length skateboarding videos and debuting them at local venues. Fast forward to Hunter living in LA for 8+ years where he transitioned into creating music videos and spec commercials.
With about 7 years of professional experience and a solid 17 years of hobbyist passion (including some early editing in his teens with possibly bootleg software… we aren’t here to judge), Hunter has moved back to Raleigh to team up with us at BFS. He views filmmaking as a shared consciousness and is eager to collaborate on projects that tell compelling stories.

Jade McWright | Sr. PM & Finance
Jade brings a wealth of experience and warmth to Blueforest Studios. After traveling extensively and gaining valuable insights from various places, she resides in Raleigh, where she’s embraced her role as a dedicated mom to her kids—and to our team!
Jade is the heartbeat of our crew, effortlessly blending motherly instincts with exceptional project management skills. Whether she’s organizing schedules, keeping us on track, or offering support during crunch time, her nurturing nature ensures that every project runs smoothly. Her ability to balance priorities and maintain a positive atmosphere makes her an invaluable asset. We’re lucky to have Jade, where her passion and expertise shine through in everything we do!

Taylor has spent the past few years embracing the adventurous spirit of Utah. From snowboarding and rock climbing to camping under the stars, Taylor's hobbies reflect a passion for exploration.
With a solid background in Dental Assisting, she has made a strategic shift into Business Development, seeking new challenges and opportunities. Now back in Wake Forest with BlueForest Studios, Taylor is excited to leverage her career experience while rediscovering North Carolina from a fresh, adventurous perspective.

Arielle Smith | PM & Marketing
Arielle grew up in Raleigh, NC and went on to get a Bachelor's degree in Communication. After that, she dabbled in various marketing roles but eventually found herself gravitating towards the construction industry.
She joined forces with her husband in landscape construction, and together, they built a successful business for several years. Now, she's using her marketing expertise and project management skills at BFS, and has been for almost 2 years. What she loves most about her current role is the chance to be creative every day, which is a perfect blend of her past experiences and passions.
